When I use it, it takes automatically crashed😭 all my files are deleted, and phone are wiped it comes back again, when I use the network, it takes more than 4 hours to connect
Is there anything for help about network problem

I'm really disappointed in this phone 🤦🏻♂️This phone is lagging and when i connected to a wifi it's always unstable network ,i checked my wifi ping and it is stable and itried to other phone then the network stable.Only in this phone has unstable netwok idk why. Also the upper part is hard to touch.Im just here to tell you my review. I'm not here if this phone is good.Sorry for my grammar im not really good at English . Thank you

Anonymous, 12 Apr 2022completely overpriced I bought one last week Wednesday, 28th December, 2022 at an exorbitant price. It just went off by itself yesterday evening whilst the battery was about 80% and till now it has remained a dead phone.
What is the actual problem?

Infinix Hot 12i is good but sometimes it is a little bit slow. Don't buy this phone if you are a gamer. This isn't a gaming phone. Camera is good when you're outside and when there's enough lighting. A little bit of disappointment when it comes to recording a video from the camera itself. It's not that clear when you're inside the house and when it's a little bit dark. The sound after you recorded a video is a little bit disappointing. The voices are a little crappy.
Hot 12i is nice when you're not a heavy user. For me this is a big upgrade because I went from Redmi 7A to Infinix Hot 12i. For it's price it's not that bad. Plus the battery is quite nice and it last me for a day. Don't expect too much from this phone 'cause it is really cheap. There are a lot of good phones better than Infinix Hot 12i. This is my honest review about this phone.
