If your phone is new but automatically shutting off, go to Settings then Systems. Check if the "scheduled power on/off and restart" is on (enabled) on specific time/date. Disable / turn off that and your phone will not automatically shut off or restart anymore ( unless your phone have battery issues or damaged or broken, etc) hope this tip helps since it worked on my own phone Infinix Hot 12i

WORST PHONE EVER! I don't even enjoy it cause it doesn't open since I bought it. When I open it, the logo of Infinix will appear but after that it will shutdown. It doesnt continue to Open. waste of money!

It's a nice phone but please I have a little problem,my twitter and TikTok aren't really logging with my data sim(new MTN) sim (in sim 2) but other apps are working fine,what could be the cause. I was told to configure the phone so my sim can work perfectly with the phone, pls how can I configure the phone

Worst phone ever. Just got it about 4 hours back. It restarts on its own. Very horrible. I regret buying it.

Seriously I don't know d difference between this one and hot 11 play except that hot 11 play has 6000 mAh compare to it
