I purchased it in may 2024. It was running very fine till Nov 24. In Nov I got a message for updates. After updating the phone sound has gone very low. Hardly I can listen the sound.
What to do now. Please suggest any thing so that of the fone comes back.

I don't know why this happened since I bought this phone last year September. It starting to lag for a sudden then start freezing or hard touch. It bothers me the most I'm quite disappointing knowing that I have high hopes this in phone can change my everyday. But 👎😔 I can see Infinix doesn't last long

Phone is overheating like mad
And it doesn't charge as fast as it used to.
And it lags like mad too.
I'd be making call and it'll just freeze.
