Infinix Hot 40, 40i, 40 Pro all appear on Google Play Console

Three upcoming Infinix phones appeared on the Google Play Console, and they are all part of the new Hot series. The Hot 40, Hot 40i, and Hot 40 Pro listings revealed some key specs.

Infinix Hot 40 • Hot 40i • Hot 40 Pro

Infinix Hot 40

The vanilla Hot 40 comes with a model number X6836. It will be an LTE smartphone with a Helio G88 chipset and a 1080p screen with a punch hole for the selfie camera. The device will have an 8 GB RAM option and will ship with Android 13 out of the box.

Infinix Hot 40i

The Hot 40i is the most affordable of the trio. It has a similar overall design, but it is completely different on the inside - a Spreadtrum T606 chipset with a 1.6 GHz octa-core CPU and 4 GB RAM is all it has. The screen has a punch hole but only 720p resolution.

Infinix Hot 40 Pro

This smartphone is also LTE-only, but the chipset here is Helio G99. Screen specs seem to match the Hot 40.

We’ll know more once the trio goes official, which should be soon, given their certification by Google.

Why Infinix are stock with Helio g series it is already old.Its better if it has Dimensity 6080 or even Dimensity 900 or Unisoc T616.It doesn't matter if it is not Amoled as long as it has good chipset it will become popular.

One thing I wonder is when can I get a Infinix note 30 VIP here in USA? Like on Amazon or something

Yeah, real upgrade except for Hot 40 Pro, which might be very similar to Note 30, but without the most advanced techs and specs. So far, very disappointing.
