how can u fix the touch screen that is not responding,the baby was playing with the phone then some suriver got into the phone and the touch screen stopped functioning

It is a good phone but the problem now is my hot 7 is not chrging well .It is taking more than 15 hoyrs to be fully charged. At first i thought the proplem is with the charge and bought a new one but the problem is stil happening .I wil be glad if you assist me . Please infinix

I don't know what's recently wrong with my charging. My phone charges slow and I'm sure nothing is wrong with either my charger or the port what's wrong please
