Whenever I video call or audio call on WhatsApp then WhatsApp automatically gets closed and it says " The app has stopped working" , has anyone faced the similar problem? Any solution to solve this problem because it is very annoying

It d... moreIt happened to me also, they asked for update and i will always press cancel but within a few days all your data on the phone is gone, i tried downloading the apps back and within a week they asked for an update this time i updated and after a week, i switched off my phone to charge and only the phone came on by itself and asked for me to reset my phone i switched it off again and the same thing happened, now all my data is lost again. This is the 4th time this happening, please can someone tell me what the problem is?

I'm just wondering why they had to remove the in-built Dual App capability.
What a shame, Tecno or Gionee would be better for that reason.

The phone is okay special the battery but the camera is what I don't understand the three cameras at the back of the phone what is it for is better you guys put one useful one then the three that is not working
