My phone is not ringing out, i have increased the volume several times but it keeps dropping low. Same with the phone volume, i can't hear clearly with it except i put it on loud speaker. Please help me to resolve this problem, its a new phone

The phone works for wifi .Net application for the SIM card does not work. YouTube, play store, face book does not work but whatsapp, imo, it works.
