Please infinix should do something about the camera thing because my pictures are not bright on artificial light and the battery doesn't last as claimed. Please do something about this

The phone is really a headache
Snapchat took slow
It hangs
It makes my head big
When scrowing through my pics it hangs sef
And most times the vidoe hang

Takes almost 7 HOURS to get full. Still a 720p screen. No 4G in 2020. The "software" XOS is just terrible. Still on Android Oreo----2020????. Heats up even when just scrolling through Twitter or Instagram. Cameras get pretty disgusting under artificial light. No updates even for their custom skin to XOS 5 or even 6 that would bring features like dark mode. Anyway what would you expect from Infinix and Tecno? Worst phone ever. I'm considering going to Xiaomi-at least there I'm getting an OS update or two rather than this trainwreck.

Found out after I bought that the phone doesn't have 4G..that one is on me I guess. The phone is really slow, and some apps like snapchat and other big apps don't work well. I had to download alot of apps just to use the phone cause it didn't come with its own in-built apps and relies on Google aps which i don't think work as good as in-built apss, for example the gallery is a Google app and it has to load before i can use it.. also there's too many adds on the phone because of these borrowed apps. But I'm sure these things aren't a big deal to some people and they'll love the phone.

I would honestly say that this phone is much much better than 90% of phones available in the very same price range comparing the Goodwill of company, camera result, finger print scanner, batter timing (superb), display (6.6"), no hang at all, best for gaming, sound is louder than many other brands, smooth to use 💓 💓 what else do u need guys under 14000???
