I don't know why my new hot8lite is lagging even my Snapchat is so annoying can't do video with it,the camera is shaky, and the phone is kinda slow,it doesn't behave like a new phone..

Because some of these issues may be related to the carelessness of the retailer who sold it to you. If you buy the phone from an Infinix shop, i don't think you will have to encounter any of such problems after the period of warranty.

it is the worst mobile i have ever used 6 months before i purchased it a box pack but 2 weeks ago it gets off when i was using i claimed a warranty i get fixed but now i have same problem. can i returned this??

Can the new update please consist dark mode and also the first thing phone thieves do after stealing a phone is switch it off so maybe if you could make it so that the user couldn't switch it off/restart or reboot it without a fingerprint or password verification IT WOULD HELP A LOT! Thank you!

Phone overheats faster than normal. Bad quality camera both front and rear. Slow at times. Just using it for 2 minutes and it starts to over heat.
