Infinix just launched a new addition to its Note 40 portfolio in the Philippines - meet the Infinix Note 40 5G. The new smartphone has 512 GB storage, the most of any phone in the series and more than the majority of its competitors.

The Note 40 5G is a mix of two other devices from the series – it has the body of the vanilla Note 40 but the Dimensity 7020 chipset of the Note 40 Pro. The screen is the same 6.78” AMOLED with 1080p resolution, up to 120 Hz refresh rate and a Gorilla Glass on top.

At the back you get a 108 MP main camera and two auxiliary modules that serve little practical purpose. The selfie shooter has a 32 MP sensor.

The Note 40 5G's 5,000mAh battery charges at 33W over wire and 15W when doing wireless. The phone is also compatible with the MagKit, which includes a magnetic case, allowing the 15W puck to snap directly on the back. There is also a small 3,000 mAh external battery pack that does the same.

Infinix Note 40 5G comes with the company's Cheetah X1 power management chip that monitors the battery temperature and voltages to enable fast and safe charging.

This is the first Infinix Note 40 phone with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. It is available on TikTok Shop in the Philippines in three colors: Black, Gold, and Green, and it costs PHP 13,999 ($240/€220).

Users who purchase the phone between May 23-25 will get a super attractive early bird price of PHP 9,999 ($170/€158).

Apple believes this amount of RAM and storage is worth a whopping $700.
