Infinix Note 12

I bought an Infinix note 12 on one of the stalls here at a mall close on where I live. I was very hyped seeing the specs for its affordable price. I purchased it and I took it home. Little did i know I did a mistake, I should have tested if there were errors at the stall, but the folks on the stall were very accommodating so I gave the benefit of the doubt, which was foolish of me.
The problems I had were:
1. Gyro Delay
- This will be a big issue to gyro users especially those who play shooter games. (codm apex mobile & pubg)
Once I turned the gyro on on my control settings, it didn't respond accurately on every tilt i made on the screen. I tried restarting the phone and updating its system to android 12 in hopes of it to respond. Sadly it didnt fix the problem.
2. Download speed
I compared my old phone, oppo a5s which is a lower grade in terms of gaming. I tried downloading League Wildrift at the same time, my oppo finishes first and the note 12 was stuck on 5.7 % i waited for an hour giving it a chance it moved up to 10%. For a 3 gb game this should not be an issue since my internet isn't slow.
3. Files
Once I click android data, my downloaded apps dont show on its files explorer.

I know infinix camera of fading within 6months of usage please I want to know did infinix fix this issue in this note 12 or the camera still fades as usual

The competitor that will send Infinix packing from Africa Market is Xiaomi, Xiaomi Gives after purchase service including Android update while Infinix phones get stock to the Android version you bought with the phone with only security update l. Xiaomi note 10 phones already have Android 12 update miui 13. Buy Xioami phones and get premium benefit for your money.

its a fast phone. good for gaming and streaming.So if you are one the performance side or a gamer. This phone is pretty good honestly

Mediatek claim that Helio G88 processors can stream full hd movies but phone manufacturers must secure Widevine L1 certification from Google on the device.
Note 12 G88 is loaded with only L3 certification security level which makes it unable to stream full HD contents, Why did Infinix fail to Load L1 certification on this device when they claim it is a Full HD device and can't stream full hd without L1 certificate. Download drm from playstore to confirm this.

You can limit data usage/allocation via Hotspot, the moment that limit is reached, Hotspot automatically disconnects all connected device.
You can also password your Hotspot.
Try and update your gadget to latest update.

The disadvantages are it's a user interface that isn't a well polished as that on bigger brands and the camera is not the best
