Why my LDAC headphone is not supporting on this phone? Audio & video got stuck & phone hangs while a Bluetooth LDAC supported headphone is connected.. & the sound quality over bluetooth is very very bad.. Any solution???

Very bad user experience, phones get really slow after a week or two of usage. There are no updates of any sort whatever happens. The phones are already full of bloatware causing too many ads
