I think there is a bug with the Data settings & Data usage, upon restricting an app something pop up telling you the app has been ban from using internet which is what I exactly want for data saving. If you go to the three dot above the screen and tap on "No longer show up" it will still pop up again even though you tapped it. Mind reporting this bug?
