This phone have everything i want on a phone Bright AMOLED display 3.5mm headphone jack, dedicated micro sd slot samsung, apple and all phone manufacture should follow in the footstep

This is a good phone but it has a default when using head phone jack the other caller hears the voice noisy

Can you recommend me a budget phone a little better than this with the following points in mind
-cheap price 100 to 150 or 200usd max the cheaper the better.
-water and dust resistant if not ip68 or 67 at least can stand water and rain to sum limit
-Ram 8 gb
-storage either 256 or at least 128 gb.
- good medium grade camera. 1080 p for video is acceptable but ois would be very very good if possible
- gorilla galss protection 6, 5 or at least 3. Or similar in protection level.
-bug screen 6.74 at least 6,2 inches. With at least 1080p res at least, 90 hz is perfreable, but a 120 is a welcome.
Good performance in MS outlook, and similar apps, no gaming is required but some simple games, but no lagging is perfeeable.
-UFC sotrage even if not the latest but better than eMMC as it is lagging with my current POCO C40 2nd phone.
I want to use my phone for:
Skype-Zoom-Signal-MS Teams.
Outlook.
PDF reading
Chrome web browsing
YouTube/IG, and Quora.
Basic gaming
Good camera with night video and photography.
I have looked into some options below and above my budget such as
- Samsung A15/5g and 4g
Samsung A34
Used Samsung S21
Samsung M34
Nothing phone1
Poco C65/Redmi C13
Poco X5 Pro
Honor X9a/X9b
Honor X8a
Some cheap Nokias and other Chinese brands, what do you advise.
Ah one last thing a bigg batter 6000, or at least 5000+
With fast charging at least 18watt up to 35/45 watt.
If screen is Amoled that would be great but IPC LCD is acceptable and 90hz would be great if possible with my budget.
