I regret buying this VIP, screen is turning on by itself, heating too much while gaming, volume is decreasing by itself while gaming/watching videos and movies, recharging the battery 2 times per day, freezes sometimes so i should restart it several times, worst online customer survice they always say to do reset factory instead of escalating the issue to the tech team to make a new fixed update. I dont recommend to buy this mobile and it is my last time i buy anything from infinix

started from infinix note 10 pro , can play mir4 smoothly with all high settings , and the vip is superb

I recently buy infinix note 30 VIP and regretting my purchase choice. I used GSMArena to find a great phone in my price budget and ended up buying infinix Note 30 VIP like on the surface the specs look good but in hand I am telling you this phone is terrible. First off, thing is the display color's the color's contrast and the color sharpness is so terrible and the camera oh my God it hurt my eyes watching the pics coming out of this camera and the software let me tell you this is the worst software you going to use in your entire life
So kids what we learn here, never buy Chinese phones
and always go with the Samsung and the bonus point is that Samsung has the best software.

Infinix is lied with VIP part name. I dont see any in the name of vip in this phone. This phone is poor specs. No ip-sertificat, gorilla glass, ois, ultrawide, and gyro-eis. And the brighness still low 900 peak than cheaper phone give more brighness and should this phone use super amoled not amoled vip but shame

is this cp design for global usage?? why is it some times no signal suddenly? they say over heating,, mot really just keep it on simple settings, m9stly it does mot heat when its off ok??

I'm experiencing a problem with my phone where I lose cell coverage when it goes into sleep mode for 3-5 minutes. Upon waking it, the phone displays a "no sim card" message, and I'm unable to enable the sim in the sim settings. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
