I bought mine sometimes back. All is well with the phone. The main problem I have experienced is that the fast charge is not working. It also heats up.

i purchase this phone in december of 2023, the perfomance is so good, the cameras. ram, storage, all components is so nice, this phone in games it overheats so much, and the motherboard died for my fault. I recommend, just take care of it. 8/10.

You guys from Philippines should migrate. I haven't heard that kind of problem that you guys have. Mile still working even after dropping it into the water and i haven't oppened it and it works fine

1 and a half year and the phone crashes down, probably because of software issues. never again to infinix

I’ll never get excited about Infinix phones again. I bought a Note 30 VIP and a Note 40 for myself and for my brother, but fast forward 11 months after a system update, and both phones are now having hardware issues. Whenever I plug in the charger, the phone suddenly shuts down, and the battery drops from 80% to 0%. According to the technician, the issue isn’t with the battery but with the motherboard, and it would be better to just buy a new phone.
I regret ever trusting this brand! I should’ve just gone with the Redmi Note 13 Pro! 😡

Seems like a bug destroy our phone. This happend May 2025 3rd week (Not Sure) Same goes to mine. Im here in Philippines. It cost me 4500php. They said it destroy fhe motherboard and CPU. Now it fix but fingerprint sensor no longer works.

same issue to the other user, i use my phone a while ago but it went to blackscreen, i try to reboot but i wont work after that i go to repair shop to ask what happen to my phone and they say that the issue is same to the other user that need to change the cpu board and it cost 4 thousand. what happen inifinix??

i have blackscreen of mine too i just updated my app in playstore and boom no respond i tried to troubleshoot force restart, and charge it for an hour still no response i just get back from carlcare and they said they gonna replace the cpu board for 9k+ shit they recommend me im going to buy a new one instead of repairing this shit
