What's the point of putting an SD Card slot on this device, everytime I reboot my phone, the default path of Camera app is always saved on Internal Storage instead of SD Card slot. I need to change the storage path everytime I launch the Camera app. I don't want to use the format as internal storage as an option. Can anybody advice what should I do? I have a Lexar 512GB SD Card. And everyone says it is reliable brand of SD Card besides of Sandisk brand which I used many years ago.

how can I set my newly brought SD Card as default storage path, for example I captured something and I want to save it automatically to SD Card instead of internal storage. Thanks!

It could've been great. Everything was better than my old Infinix phone; I bought this one literally for the half a terabyte storage to handle some of my storage-demanding games.
And then the GPU had to come in. Oh my God, do yourself a favor and DON'T get this thing if you want to play or emulate games. I'm assuming it works well on games like Mobile Legends and CODM—which it promotes, I wouldn't know, I don't play those, but lord I can't even get a straight 60fps on PPSSPP. My old Helio G96 literally had it on max and it STILL ran so smoothly. Most Hoyoverse games—and by extension, games with a ton of shaders—also run poorly. Star Rail graphics flickering in and out and Zenless Zone Zero is an unplayable mess. Don't know what they were thinking by putting this instead of a Mali GPU because nobody wants to optimize for that.

the heating is bad. i recently bought this note 40 5g and it heats so much. my old note 30 4g has better heat management. at normal usage, the note 40 5g heats at 37C and the note 30 4g is only at 33C. also the touch is off, in my note 30 4g, i have no issues in typing but in the note 40 5g, it doesn't touch letters sometimes.

Does this 5g model support ARCore? I saw the 4g one supports it but I can't find confirmation if the 5g does

SD Cards have also specifications that suits your needs

I can confirm the phone has ufs 3 storage. But the note 40 pro + has only ufs 2.2

Bought my GF an infinix Note 10 in 2019 . It worked flawlessly until now, and itś still working, but we need replacement because the battery has has hard life
