The Infinix Note 40 Pro 4G is one of the best smart phone in mid range and offers a range of features that cater to various user needs. Here's an overview of its pros and cons after usage of around 6 months:
Pros
-Display: The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2436 pixels, delivering vibrant colors and deep blacks.
Performance: Equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset and 8 GB of RAM, the smartphone ensures smooth multitasking and efficient performance for daily tasks.
Storage: With 256 GB of internal storage and support for microSD cards, users have ample space for apps, media, and documents.
- **Camera:** The triple camera setup includes a 108 MP main sensor, allowing for high-resolution photography.
- **Battery:** A robust 5000 mAh battery supports 70W wired charging and 20W wireless magnetic charging, facilitating quick recharges.
- **Additional Features:** The phone offers Dual SIM support, NFC capabilities, and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Cons:
- **Connectivity:** Lacks 5G support, limiting future-proofing as networks evolve.
- **Camera Limitations:** Absence of optical image stabilization (OIS) may affect photo and video stability.
- **USB Port:** Features the older USB Type-C 2.0 standard, which offers slower data transfer rates compared to newer versions.
- **Video Recording:** Does not support 4K video recording, which might be a drawback for users interested in high-resolution video capture.
- **Gaming Performance:** Not optimized for heavy gaming, which could be a consideration for gaming enthusiasts.
As a conclusion the Infinix Note 40 Pro 4G delivers a compelling package with its high-quality display, substantial storage, and fast charging capabilities. However, the absence of 5G connectivity and certain camera features may influence the decision of users with specific needs.
overall i recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a mid range budgeted phone.

After one months of use, I give in terms of general performance a 8.
Pros:
- Long lasting battery
- Quick charge (I bought the 4 g version, no 5g network in Ecuador).
- Very fast on screen fingerprint.
- Huge storage (I was used at struggling at a 32 gb, 6 years old Huawei).
- it comes with Android 14.
Cons
- Not the latest 4 g processor.
- Good but not the best camera.
- 8 gb of ram is ok, but 12 would be much better.
-A bit expensive in Ecuador (between 270-320 dollars cash) for the range.

Purchased this Infinix Note 40 Pro 4G a few days ago in obsidian black color, here is my review:-
1. Great display 10/10 Its amoled and 120hz with vibrant colors
2. Size is a little too big for a good hand feel
3. Camera is average, not a camera phone and also no 4K recording.
4. Battery is great and works good. I charged my phone to 93% at 8am and my data 4G network is always on and in use, played a few games and scrolled facebook, then used network and maps and till 3pm my battery reached 53% so i believe its good for a very nice productive day.
5. The haptic feedback is good, its comparable to old gen samsung flagships, its not like cheap china, it's much better than its league.
6. The software experience is bit weird for me, i cannot customize the always on display and there are a few animations like fingerprint animations that i dislike and cannot disable or change so have to stick with built in options. There is bloatware of which 90% can be uninstalled.
7. There is front flash and IR sensor works great and the aura light on the back looks sexy but not for me as i keep my phone screen side up so i cant see the aura light.
8. Dual speaker system is good and feels punchy and decent enough to enjoy.
Overall its a good experience so far, I will once again share the long run experience after a month or two.
I will rate this device a solid 8.5/10.
