The xpen should be available for sales or repair but nothing is said about that.mine last for just 1 sec or 2, the pen was the main reason i bought the phone

Since I upgrade my phone to Android version 9 the fingerprint is not working, I can't make calls and hear anything & if they call me I can't hear anything, if I play music I can't hear watch videos I can't hear... Only on imo calls, WhatsApp call.... Even my front camera is not working again,.... Please how can I back to version 8

My Xpen stopped working after about six months of purchase. Unfortunately, there has been no advice from the phone manufacturer (Transsion Mobile) on how to fix it. I bought the phone specifically because of that pen, so now that it is not working. I feel cheated. It's so sad.

Please can anyone help me I have this device from Nigeria, but I can't get any update to not even android 9 pie nor android 10. As android one device is not suppose to be, I am stuck with android 8.1.0 and October 5 2018 security update. So no update up to now.

My phone stopped vibrating since I upgrader to Android 10 OS. What can I do?
The vibrating alert is on but it doesn't work. And when I switched to vibrating mode, it didn't work either

To upgrade to OS 10, go to settings and then security and then security update
