My phone infinix smart 5 when calling the screen it's off itself so no hanging up untill the one I called hangs up why now it's still new and it started eventually

And it didn't fell down from my hand
If I try to play video or listen to music ,it use to hang and sometimes it will not even show

the front flash doesn't work during WhatsApp video calls, screen recorder is not available, WhatsApp pop-up notification doesn't work, no notification access. And is 3g network. I really need to swap my😑😑😑
