i've bought this phone for arround 2 months now. Well i gotta admit the UI is just disapoiting, buggy, and just not smooth, Tho you can still change the theme and that'll probably work.
Things that makes the phone bad:
The amont of pre installed apps is just TOO MUCH. it took almost 10gb of space.
The camera is a bit disapointing but for that price you cant really complain.

it uses a XOS launcher that just feels empty and hidious.
Pros:
The battery life is good. and takes arround 1h to 1h30min to charge from 0 to 100 and it last all day long.
For a price like that it is worth the trouble and the terrible UI, i mean it's cheaper than a Samsung j3 2016 edition.
The phone is big and not that heavy.
in the box you get a charger, a usb c cable, a special case that actually looks great, a screen protector along with somme xclub cards, along with pretty darn good headphones.
The back of the phone looks so good and the case makes it look even better.
Again in with a low price like this you get a rear mount finger print scanner along with facial recognition i mean that's pretty fun it definitly tries to give you a premium experience whilst keeping the price reasonable and affordable.
The screen is big,bright and just decent over all.
The speakers are loud and decent.
Over all it's a good/decent phone ONLY because it's cheap.. so if you're planning to buy a phone with 120 bucks in your pocket this is definitly a phone to keep in mind.
Don't let it fall in your face it will litterraly break your nose. Be carefull! :)

Bad and good reviews...so many bad reviews more than the good ones....so i Dont Wanna be a victim...Ive read about the Dullness.. 3g instead of 4g... Messaging app slow to open... The memory Getting filled up very fast... So i want You to tell me...are these true or are they trying to Spoil this product? Whats your own experience thats faulty about this phone plz?

The Smart 5 is actually okay, consdiring the price with its built( properties).
However, we wish the look into issues like, 'NO 4G NETWORK, NO OTG, GOOGLE GO instead of GOOGLE, SLAGGING IN SOME DOWNLOADED APPS' etc.
We do hope for a more functional, fulfilling phone in the awaited SMART 6 VERSION. THANKS

Its a nice phone no doubt. Optimal experience and considerate cost.
However just after 3 days of purchase most of the apps started to fail, especially google play. It is so frustrating because I have to clear storage settings for such apps before they work. Please I need help.
