- Uninstall XOS updates to factory default.
- Uninstall Phone Master updates to factory default.
- Set both to never update.
- Disable their notifications.
XOS and Phone Master has a ton of unstabilities and their updates doesn't fix any of them. However, the base version works fine.
There's also this "Zero Screen", which floods you with spams and links from time to time. Do the following to disable:
1) Touch the main screen and hold until options are shown;
2) Select "menu";
3) Select "other settings";
4) Find "Zero Screen" option and turn it off;
5) Now, return to "menu";
6) Select "search settings";
7) Find and disable "promotion".

newcg1x, 21 Jan 2025i have this phone and it got a really dumb annoying problem... moreso not even in under a month since i posted this, the restarting problem got worse. it not only restarts when you update or install an app but it began restarting the os very randomly even without auto updates. this can get pretty annoying to deal with everytime it happens, so if youre gonna use ur phone all the time then i suggest not to get this phone

i have this phone and it got a really dumb annoying problem. the os system itself always restarts whenever you install an app or update an app. or heck it can happen when you open an app like it happened once on vlc. always that shiny xos screen suddenly popping up over and over again and i have no idea why it does this. looks like this phone barely got any android software updates its still at android 11 and the security updates ended in 2023. i recommend to disable auto updating in the play store just to not have any sudden xos screen popping up

It's 2024 and still no android 12 updates. Forget about android 13,14, 15.
Infinix is worst company ever. Don't buy their phones ever

Bought new it at RM559 last month. Okay 3 years old fon for the price. Got the Tuscany Brown version. The back feels like typical plastic/faux leather feel cheap case u can get in accesories shop.
Overall apart from android 11 the phone handle daily task quite well. MH G95 seems to still feel relevant in 2024 altho its 12nm chip. MLBB can go 90hz with high graphic with control heat management (suam2)
Camera feel like mid range fon (redmi note 13 ish quality) alto 5x zoom is really welcome is if could still if appropriare digital zoom level. Video quality not that bad n stabilisation is just okay. Mic only 1 (bottom) so be careful not to cover it during recording.
Battery life under my normal use can last from 7am to 12pm with a few % left. Gaming in tis fon or any load stress work will cut it by a few hours not nothing that bad for 4.5k mAH.
Speaker is just mono with medium loudness and quality. If you are coming from dual speaker fon then u will be significantly loss. (Even rm299 fon now comes with stereo speakers)
Charging 45w can go roughly 80% in 30~40min.
Screen is somewhat semicheap amoled, but still okay n punchy. Altho u cant really tweak the display. 120hz is much welcome but sumtings some animation seems to be around 60hz
128gb rom and 8gb ram is fine. Can add virtual ram 3gb.
Dimension is almost identical to Redmi Note 11 pro.

Helio G95 had a mediocre gpu. good for fps games such as codm, pubgm, freefire. Just heating issues if you play too long.

recommend buy... moreInfinix and any other brand are resposible for incorrect usage of phones.
If your phone is heating and you kept using until you got the display burnt, it's YOUR fault. My Zero X Pro does heat only with above moderate gaming and while watching videos for more than 40 minutes, and I stop doing whatever on it and immediately let the phone cool down. Going for 2 years and a half of use, my phone is in great condition with no issues like the ones you said.
Overpriced? You might be from Mars, fella. This phone is already being sold for penies (not literally, of course) nowadays because they has some in stock and they are do clearance sales every month.

To change their or upgrading their software time to time . I think this is the very dark side of the Infinix brand.
