The speaker phone is Garbage, but i found a way to avoid most of the unwanted squeeking. Just twist the rubber earpiece jack so it is not in the phone itself (it can rotate), then keep ur hand away from the mic.. vol is still too low!

i just bought an inno 55 (not from you) i dont see an option for speaker phone during a call like the manual says. any suggestions?

I just got this phone and all of a sudden, it turned itself off and would NEVER POWER ON!! I changed SIMS card, Battery and charged it and everyting but nothing works. WHAT TO DO!

Albert: i will give you exactly 1 week to start complaining, the phone the first week & 1/2 is heaven after that the curse kicks in, the battery, the life of the battery Dies, you will have to charge the phone 5-10 times daily, reception is the second curse, 3rd and worst curse ever on the phone is the speaker, can you now hear how clear and just heaven the ringtones are, 1 week, and BOOM complete annoying screetch follows. and of course your speakerphone functions is broken, it already is because it is a glitch that innostream as a company does not know how to fix. why do you think they are not releasing any more products, because the company is plain GARBAGE.

I just bought it a week ago and i looove it so far! The design is just beautiful, the user interface is lovely and very intuitive. The screen is very nice and bright with nice colors. Too bad the connexion is not really good and you get this pretty annoying buzz when you're on the line. But actually, i didn't really buy it for the phone function itself!... The games are ok but a bit too easy and you can't configure the difficulty level. You got a bunch of nice functionnality such as the lady schedule or the biorythm. The multimedia content is pretty poor : the ringtones are a bit lame and you have only 3 wallpapers to choose from... But thanks to the wap you can get plenty others for few money. At the end of the day, i really like it but i guess i was convinced even before buying it because it's just so beautiful. My new jewel in other words...

HEY EVERYONE...I just went to a dealer and saw this phone...I was suprised to read such bad reviews on the website...why is this? I know people who recommended this phone...is it not worth purchasing? URGH...they said this phone was nice...hope they weren't lying to me...can someone tell me what I should do?

as people have described it, it is one useless technology, besides the speakerphone function (makes loud screetching noises and so low!!!) the battery life it is way lessthan claimed,, you have to charge this phone every hour, runs out immediately, repetition in voice when in calls, callers on the other end sound as if were in a cave!!!!!!! stop cheating people inno!!!

firmware stinks, phone gets stock, turns off by itself, speakerphone function is broken, battery life below 10 min of talk time 2 hours of standby time.

the phone is very pretty and has a lot of nice features. the problems with it is, the speaker phone and the reception. i wouldn't suggest buying this phone, wait for the samsung d500!!!

I just got this phone like 4 days ago and i have no problems with it. I got this phone for free for subscribing to cingular, the reception is good. The only problem is that since i heard this phone is designed for girls more makes me kind of embarrassed to take it out in public.

I have this phone and over all i am happy with it. The only thing is I can't get speaker phone to work. Also IrDA sucks on this phone you need the data cable to get pics off it.

ok i love the phone..reception is not as bad as ppl say it is..maybe because i'm in new york..but anyway i need serious help in repairing right now..i bought my phone for $300..n now for some reason 1 month later..it turned off by itself while i was in a phone conversation with someone..and now it wont turn on no matter what i do..n i noe it's not sim card or battery problem cuz i got 3 battery n all 3 is functional i'm pretty sure..so if anyone know where to send in for repair..it would be great if you can email me the informations..

this phone is garbage, do not purchase it is cursed, the speakerphone function is broken makes weird screetch noises, battery life 20 minutes of talk time no more,5 hours my butt, hey innostream shove it! wasted $350 on this trash!

hi guys if u need some advice, here it is don't buy this phone, innostream 55 is one useless piece of technology, the infrared doesn't work..i think they couldn't get the technology, so just did something 2 include the function, for promotional use..

Good phone but it has it's share of problems. Speaker phone is useless, gives a high pitched queeking noise and the volume is too low. reception is very bad. other than that excellent phone. Good screen and download options.
