i m using this model from last six month but this is not a good model..
as i m facing many problem in this handset..there is also a hanging problem.
there is no service centre at my home location.
softare are chinese..

The only thing good about this bloody phone is the reception, knowing that im in places i never had reception before, besides that I’ve had my phone two weeks this week and within that time the first day i had to call it in because the msn feature was showing all my contacts offline and when it would finally show them online no one was recieving my msgs, when i called the service provider they had the nerves the third time yes THIRD time to tell me that same day that they had nothing to do with the apps on the phone…. than my facebook went down aswell days after so i returned the phone and tried another thinking i got a bad phone (HELL YA INDEED ITS AN AWFUL PHONE) with the second phone within 3 days of having the first on, this one likes to tell me i have no sim card in it, or it takes several mintues to open and load anything, when i text it takes forever to type it and send it… so i give up now... today is september 13th, 2010 and i had enough of the INQ and im returning it in general and going for the BLACKBERRY!!!

Well, I have had this phone for just about a month now, and I just wanted to point out an error with the specs... The above specs state this doesn't have a radio and I can assure you that it does have one... It is located under the music section of the menu and it is the last entry in that list... Other then that, I agree with the statements that have been posted above...

I have got this handset and i have to say its good.....similiar to blackberry minus the bbm and wifi, but its all good, battery is good, emails, messaging and internet is amazing......

Finally Koodo is stepping up their game, by bringing a phone that uses a sim card. None the less this phone is an entry level phone compared to blackberry, which obviously has a bigger market with more clients. The phone could use a better user interface, but is decent.

phone is cool and everything but camera doesnt work.... not when you want it to... and when you want to use facebook it freezes and restarts
