Xana, 05 May 2010The WORST mobile I have had by far. Within a year I had to ... moreTheir does seem to be an issue with Three when it comes to giving customers their cash back, or returning working mobiles, I have experienced that too. However, at the moment this handset is available for under 20 pounds from (if in the UK) Three. I think that INQ handsets are excellent value for cash, OK maybe not in your case, and I do feel sad for your woes. Overall, this is a fantastic phone for the cash. Good screen, although a little polarized in wide screen. But facebook, skype and WM, all updated live, integrated contacts. A decent media player and 3.2 Mp camera for under 20 quid if you live in the UK!! Bargain!

The WORST mobile I have had by far. Within a year I had to took it to repair 3 times. The 3 people were not helpful whatsoever and even when I wanted to replace it they did not do it for me. Never never get it, please. It looks fun and has lots of nice things, but they do not work. For 5 months now I haven't been able to send text messages, or take pictures, or even opening messages with a picture. I haven't bothered to take it to repair again as it does not make any difference after 2 days. Last time they had my phone for repair 3 weeks and they even did not have a replacement to give me so I had nothing to use. INQ combined with 3 customer service is the biggest disaster ever.

I had this phone for about 11 months and have now had it swapped. The phone can master the basics (phone calls and SMS) and web browsing but its software has been poorly designed. The Facebbok, Skype and Windows Messener Apps are clever extras but are full of glitches and the constant restarts and poor reception don't do well to contribute.
The phone has started a trend of social nework integration into mobiles, but hasn't really mastered it.
I think most will prefer a well built phone from Nokia, Samsung or LG and give the INQ company a little while to find out where they are going wrong.

Has got useful features, camera, facebook integration, skype, web browser, google maps, email... but nothing actually works well. The camera is poor and only works in very well lit conditions, the email works, but intermittantly, the maps and web browser are so slow they are almost not worth having.

This is the worst phone I have ever bought and/or used. It would lock up on me when I was writing a text message. The facebook integration was fairly useless, despite me being a heavy user. The gmail app was great, but you can get that for any phone. When it comes down to it, though, this thing operates like a ten-year-old computer: Slow and unstable. Horrible, horrible phone. I've since replaced it with a Sony Ericsson T715 and I'm a much happier person because of it.

Very good phone this one! its been very reliable and worked perfectly ever since i bought it 6 months ago or more now. There have been complaints about software issues? well have seen nothing of the sort to be honest from my experience. One of the best things i find is the HSPDA connection. Basically you can just plug the usb computer cable in and the phone has a built in modem so you can connect to the internet on your computer through the phone! and if you have an unlimited internet plan then its free!! so you get what is effectively a dongle inclusive in the deal. The camera is pretty decent and there is a good media player on it. The only slight down side is the internal memory, meaning you can only store a limited number of photos/media, but this is easily solved by buying a memory card which can be as cheap as 4/5pounds on ebay.

This phone is terrible, along with the others such as 3 Skypephone S2. I purchased this phone for £70 and the only thing I liked was the camera, which was decent. I've now sold the phone, which is very difficult to do so on eBay, you'd be lucky to sell it for £50. I recommend trying Amazon, it got sold quick and I got £50 for it (mine was in black).
You might want to look for other phones for your budget, or maybe try and spend that extra bit more.

Bought this as a back-up to my contract LG Renoir and have ended up using it permanently instead.
The Big keypad is a joy to use (can walk and text again! unlike with a touchscreen), love having skype, IM, and Facebook embedded 'always on' - the other day I was commenting on a friends FB status walking to the rail station, had 20 minutes of IM w a friend in Singapore whilst on the train, and got skyped by by another friend from HK at lunchtime. So far I don't know any non-INQ phone that has all of these functions embedded (& I believe INQ Chat adds Twitter), and bearing in mind this model is only £70 on payg this is almost a no-brainer choice if you fancy more than calls, text, and email on your phone (and you're on the 3 network, of course).

A first phone for this manufacturer. It's good, solid and very light but FILLED with software glitches. Mine has just gone back because it kept rebooting. Got to the point where as soon as a call, text or delivery report came in it rebooted itself... EVERY TIME! And then if you left it be it'd get bored and reboot itself anyway. Applications are slow and it doesn't like the fact that they've crammed it full of every application under the sun, it's just too much for it to handle. Disaster waiting to happen, stick to a more solid brand.

this phone is 'ok' and thats being generous.. the camera is hopeless...doesnt have a flash...can store a maximum of around 2 photos before saying memory full (which means u cannot recieve text messages because of this) obviously that would change if you bought a memory card.
This phone was designed for people who liked facebook and msn messenger etc..but you can get those apps on other phones with a decent camera and oodles more applications. this phone has no games built in...baisically if ure after a phone that u want purly for text and calls..then this is perfect but anything more then dont bother.
source...i had one untill i got so angry i paid for an upgrade as i couldnt wait for my contract to end!!!
