iQOO 11S and TWS 1 announced

The latest additions to the iQOO lineup are here with the iQOO 11S and TWS 1 wireless earbuds. The 11S is a minor update to the iQOO 11 bringing up to 1TB of storage, 200W fast charging and an improved 50MP IMX866 main cam. The rest of the specs between the two phones are identical as are their designs.

iQOO 11S

The 11S brings the same 6.78-inch LTPO4 AMOLED display with 1,440 x 3,200 px resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate as its predecessor. The device is also equipped with vivo’s V2 display chip which helps manage refresh rate and gaming performance. There’s a 16MP front facing cam tucked in the punch hole cutout up top.

The first major difference comes around the back where we have a 50MP IMX 866 (1/1.49", 1.0µm pixels) main cam – the same sensor used in the vivo X90 and the recently announced vivo X90S. The main shooter is joined by a 50mm 13MP portarit module (2x zoom) and an 8MP ultrawide lens.

There’s a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 at the helm paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The iQOO 11 amxed out at 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The 4,013mm2 VC colling system from the iQOO 11 is also carried over.

iQOO 11S brings a 4,700 mAh battery and 200W fast charging

The next significant addition to the iQOO 11S comes to the battery and charging department where the device boasts a slightly smaller 4,700 mAh cell compared to the 5,000 mAh one on the iQOO 11 but it adds 200W fast charging in place of the 120W solution on the older model. The software side is covered by OriginOS 3 on top of Android 13.

iQOO 11S comes in blue, black and BMW Motorsport white colors. The base 12/256GB trim starts at CNY 3,799 while the top end 16GB RAM and 1TB model is CNY 4,799. Open sales in China start on July 10.

iQOO TWS 1

The iQOO TWS 1 bring and in-ear design and offers Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, support for the aptX Lossless codec and 12.2mm dynamic drivers. The earphones cover the 5Hz - 40kHz audio spectrum and are equipped with active noise cancelation that can drown out up to 49dB of noise around you.

The earbuds are rated at up to 10.5 hours of playback on a single charge while the case extends the total use time to 42 hours. There’s a game mode that reduces latency down to 54ms.
