iQOO 3 5G appears on Geekbench with Snapdragon 865, official poster confirms 48MP camera
Last weekend vivo sub-brand iQOO teased its next smartphone, dubbed iQOO 3 5G. Now the company has posted another teaser on Weibo, giving us a glimpse of the phone's design.
The poster reveals the iQOO 3 5G will have the volume rocker and red-colored power button on the right side, along with what looks like touch-sensitive shoulder button placed in the corner. If that's the case there will likely be another one at the bottom corner.
You can also see the iQOO 3 5G has the 3.5mm headphone jack at the top joined by the secondary microphone.
The image also shows us the back of the smartphone, which houses a quad camera and an LED flash. Increasing the brightness of the picture reveals the setup includes a 48MP main camera.
A Chinese tipster posted an image on Weibo which gives us a clearer look at the iQOO 3 5G's quad camera setup.
Meanwhile the iQOO 3 5G also passed through Geekbench with the motherboard listed as "kona" - the codename for the Snapdragon 865 SoC.
The benchmark database confirms the smartphone will run Android 10 and will come with 12GB RAM, but according to TENAA, it will have two more RAM options - 6GB and 8GB.
iQOO hasn't revealed the date of announcement of the iQOO 3 5G yet, but it can't be long now.

Too bad it's China only as far as I know. I too was waiting for the iQOO in the Philippines but no to avail so I ended up with the RoG Phone II Tencent.
