iQOO Neo7 SE debuts with Dimensity 8200 chipset and 120W charging
The just-announced MediaTek Dimensity 8200 already has its first phone – the iQOO Neo7 SE which was announced alongside the iQOO 11 series earlier today.
The new Dimensity 8200 SoC is fabbed on a 4nm process and brings a Cortex-A78 prime core clocked at 3.1 GHz, 3x Cortex-A78 performance cores humming at 3.0 GHz and 4x Cortex-A55 efficiency cores working at 2.0 GHz. Elsewhere, iQOO 7 SE brings 8/12/16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256/512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
There’s a sizeable 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The flat screen gets a single punch hole cutout for its 16MP selfie cam. The back houses a 64MP main cam alongside a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth module. The software side is handled by Origin OS 3 on top of Android 13 while the battery comes in at 5,000 mAh and supports up to 120W fast charging. The phone also packs an UD fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC connectivity.
The iQOO Neo7 SE comes in Electronic Blue, Star Black and Galaxy colors. The baseline 8/128GB version is listed at CNY 2,099 ($301) while the 16/256GB model is going for CNY 2,799 ($401) while the top of line 12/512GB model is CNY 2,899 (415). Open sales in China start today. There is no info if the device will be available outside of China for now.

I really wonder how much the D9200 device would cost. If its $150 more ($450 device), than it would be very good too. I hope it fome out in Indonesia fast for my kids new year present.

I doubt you can find a better phone for $300 USD. Top of the line chip (which is also efficient), fast OLED, big battery, fast charging, great main camera sensor, fast Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GPS standards, great RAM + storage combo for price. We could have ...

Sadly this is probably on the horizon too. Meizu was already pushing a completely portless phone a few years ago
