iQOO Z1 stops by Geekbench, Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ in tow
The iQOO Z1 is expected to be announced tomorrow and we’ve already seen detailed renders and its key specs which include a 144Hz refresh rate screen, 44W fast charging and 5G connectivity. It will be the first phone to sport the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset.
Now, the phone was spotted in a Geekbench listing which reconfirms the previous speculations. The phone was spotted bearing the vivo V1986A model number and managed 781 points in the single core department and a 3,070 point multi-core score. It’s indeed powered by the Dimensity 1000+ chipset and 8GB RAM. The software front is covered by Android 10, presumably with IQOO UI on top.
We’ll have all the details after tomorrow’s unveiling. The phone is already up for reservation in China and we learned that the 6/128 GB trim will cost CNY 2,498 ($350/€325).
