iQOO Z7 will pack a waterdrop notch display

iQOO is expected to unveil the iQOO Z7 later this month, and a teaser shared by the brand last week revealed the smartphone will sport a dual camera setup on the rear, with the primary camera having OIS. Now the company has dropped another teaser, showing the iQOO Z7's front design.

The video clip shared by iQOO on Twitter reveals the iQOO Z7 will pack a waterdrop notch display, which is hardly a surprise since its predecessor - Z6 - also came with a waterdrop notch screen. However, that one has a V-shaped notch, while the Z7 will have a U-shaped notch.

iQOO hasn't detailed the Z7's specs sheet yet, but rumors claim the 5G smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC. It will be joined by the iQOO Z7x, said to have the Snapdragon 782 chip at the helm. More details about these smartphones will likely surface in the coming days.
