They have same processor....
4gb ram is enough on this price range and no need to go for higher ram on t606... Not worth to add price for high ram.. in short s23 and p40+ run and perform the same don't waste money just because you want high ram when your processor is only unisoc t606..
Or just go Tecno Spark 10c or hot 30i

On a serious note itel really needs to upgrade. From the use of lps lcd screens to amoled and advance, use better processors like helio g85 to mediatek dimensities, upgraded cameras with good AI image processing teck.
