Perhaps something is wrong with the device from where you brought it. I've been using itelp40 for over 5months now, no issue at all

I bought the itel p40, everything is ok but when my battery percentage reaches 28 percent it will literally count down until it gets to 2 percent then I'll immediately shut it down cause I don't like my phone going off on it's own. So is this normal or should I return it back to the seller. Please i need an urgent reply.

I just bought this itel p40, everything is ok but the only issue I'm having now is that once my battery percentage gets to 28 percent the phone literally count's down until it gets to 2 percent then I would immediately shut it down cause I don't like my phone going off on it's own. So guys is this normal for everyone or should I return it to the seller, please I need immediate reply
