Itel p40 is a good phone for its price.. I love the network on this phone, I've been using it for 4 months now, no issue.. Perfect budget phone I must say, I bought it for 58k that time, now around 70k

That tracks, assuming they're on wifi since this model can play 18 hours of local video on a single charge.
