I can explain the itel P65, 5000mAh is for the battery inside the cellphone components and 2400mAh is for the casing battery so you get a minimalist 2400mAh power bank.

But it falls behind hard when it comes to software. Vivo can give software updates decently long while the P65 here will only have short support to software updates. And these two is still slower than a Samsung A15 anyways.
