The more you pay, the more recent samsung you can get, but it will last you longer, so in timely manner, you would spend about the same price, if you were buying a cheap phone every year. I personally would save a bit of money and go for S10e (Snapdragon) or S20 FE. I unfortunately, can't recommend S21 FE (it has Snapdragon 888+ - which is known to have overheating issues). So avoid S21 and S22 series (Snapdragon 8 gen 1). The next good samsung is S23, which I realise the price gap between S20 FE is too big, so I would stop there. Yes, they're out of support, but with snapdragon processor you can get on custom rom

You could find something even better at this price range if you looked more yourself
