I am so excited when this phone arrived here in the Philippines. I bought 2 Itel A60s and Itel S23 with free bluetooth earphones. Very affordable and superb specifications for its price. Now I am so elated & hyped for this new and unbelievable smartphone called Itel S23 Plus.

not bad at all, the specs sheet in gsma is just concerning. either t616 does not support ufs 2.0..

Devices of all three brands are even made in the very same factories. It's just that Itel and Tecno are focused more on emerging markets in Africa and parts of Asia. That's why they've compromised in some areas to provide a device that is affordable.
My sister and I bought one of the security guards in our apartment complex an Itel S23 and he loves it (his previous phone was stolen, and the guy helps my ailing dad so much; it was the least we could do). He so far seems happy with it. He uses it mostly for Whatsapp and YouTube and he's getting by. He says it even works in his home village (which is freaking remote).
My main contentions, however, are the device's high SAR value and fragile as heck display. You definitely need an extra layer of protection on top and a tough case.
