Really good budget phone with really well balanced specs and affordable price. Only thing that makes this phone bad is the fact that itel copied the name and the designs from samsung which makes it look like 'cheap knockoff'. Overall this phone isnt that bad

The itel rs4 and the s25, which is better overall. I have the rs4, it's pretty neat and handles medium gaming okay. but am thinking of upgrading to the s25 due to the 1080p screen.. but the processor on the s25 is what am worried about, that it may not be able to handle the medium gaming that the rs4 does

You guys need to start posting about the phone problem not fighting about phones that have the better chipset,this is my first time using an itel device and they have a long way to go interm of UI and some other cons I notice along the way.
I know that some itel officials are checking this comments but if they are not seeing any comments about how to make the phone better they will think they are doing the right thing.
That why you see the lastest updates we got last week was just on cameras, no stability and battery improvement update because nobody is complaining on like redmi.
If you go under redmi phone comment you will see how they interact and tell themselves the hard truth.

Does anyone using this phone having over heating problems while charging with the OEM 18w charger up to 40⁰c to 43⁰c,pls if you are having the same issue comment under this post so I can know that it is not only me
I am planning on going to carlcare depending on the feedback I get from you guy's, if you are not having the same issue but if it is a general thing I will suggest you guy to buy a low fas charging charger like 10w.
If you what to check the temperature of your phone just download any battery health app on playstore.
Pls your feedback will be very appreciated 🙏
Is it itel S25 that I am using both I posted the same post under S25 ultra to see if they are having the same issue.
