I've used the Realme C30 (now my grandma's phone) and HMD Pulse Pro (now my aunt's phone) and they ran pretty well (C30 runs a bit better i think, probably due to the older Android 11 while Pulse Pro has Android 15), the apps open up quickly and the phone usually doesn't feel like it's resource staved (even on the 3GB RAM Realme) - i've seen phones with "better" specs struggle to run Android.
It's not the smoothest experience though, the Pulse Pro while having a 90Hz display felt a bit weird.

I also think that the heating issue is affecting the battery because I've not used this phone past 8 and half hours on full charge without it dieing on me.

This is my first time using unisoc or itel device so I don't no who to blame but for now I will not advise anybody to buy this phone or unisoc chipset.
It just feels like the only thing itel did is assemble different parts together 🥺😮💨 no real optimization

120htz refresh rate scam 😡🤬
Max is 90htz only setting that shows 120htz
Overheating in the head as one of the people commenting calls it 🥵🥵 up to 42⁰c my brother now think is pressing iron I bought anytime I wan to charge I will first put it inside fridge🫣😥

The highest a phone temperature should be while charging is 35⁰c,I will be expecting you reply if you confirm it mine reaches 42⁰c while charging for 30 minutes

And do you also notice more delays when you use earpod😓 the Bluetooth version is 5.0 in 2024 who does that but I notice if you switch off your phone for some minutes and put it back on it will improve.
Me using tecno pop5 pro I don't even remember when last I power off or reboot the phone until itel happened I am starting to regret buying this phone😭😭😭

Well ive used the phone for some days and its laggy in videos only videos all other aspect is very much ok over heating well not really it over heats on the head part of the phone but rating d phone ill giveit about 75/100 its processing is ok
