Hello all,
As said A6 battery is mating the pins in the battery... So buy a a6 battery and slightly cut its edge.. Place some folded paper in the back. It will work...
Bonus - a6 has 1800mah battery...:-)

I have also faced the same problem. but many people have not helped me. finally I called on karbonn service centre in bangalore. they provided me few nos then i get it. please do the same. otherwise you will have to face many problems.

I am using this mobile. After few days of purchase its vibrator has inactive. Replaced at service centre. After few week it repeated since it has not been changed. Battery back up has gone out. Service centre comited to change it . After two months he replied that I am hapless to replace because after multi try company has not been provided. So , finally its after sell service is very poor.
