I use this Mobile but its porcessing very slow and many time hangs it.This handset now switch off and not on again when i chek the service center say to reapir in 2months.How I spend my time without handset.I suggestion to not buy this handset.

this mobile is very good in his catogary.but its problem is slow openning phonebook,battry backup is not very good.and this audio jack support only karbonn headphones.when i connect my intex 5.1 channal music system audio 3.5 mm jack does not support.plese karbonn mobiles eng. fix this problems.then this mobile is best on quality.

i use this phone i give 3 times to service centre but my touch problem not solved now my warranty is gone dont buy karbonn mobile huh i hate karbonn mobiles

opening phone book is slow, sound quality is not good and less battary backup, some time taking time to open gallery, over all speed of is not good

Reema, 21 Nov 2013Hi, I use A15 since last 5 months but suddenly create some... moreBackup your data....External Hard reset your handset...switch off your mobile.now press and hold valum up key and power on key at same time for few second .choose reset or erase all ftom using valum up down keys..and for ok to power key..phone will erased all data and it will masterly reset.

karbonn A10...nonsense mobile,,,,not good,,only 4 attraction,, and i have one its battery need to be charge every 3 hoursss.....i warn people not to buy this phone anymore,,,,,,

Karbonn Service center has not proper information regarding their product. If u facing any problem the always update software, I have battery problem they update software after that they said u have to purchase new battery of Rs. 500/- ...& they don't have sense to talk

Service center not good i give my phone in October 2013 but still i am waiting for my problem resolve till Jan-2014 i am waiting long time very poovar service not getting right information

very very slow process and phone book not open and battery back up nothing

there is problen in power off & on button
battery back up to 8 hours standby
videoplayback 45 minutes
talktime50 minutes
with in a day phone automatically restartup to 5 times

Very very worst mobile every time hanged not opened phone book take long time to opened phonebook now phone is in dead condition whiteout reason battery not charged west of money

I bought this phone 5 months back. got problem in a week. once replaced by company. but still very poor battery backup, on/off key not working properly, worst camera. friends who want to know before buy it, as i do, DONOT go for this phone ever.......

It's a good phone in normal budget but some conplaunts are who I noticed 1- very low speed, 2- low battery backep, 3- I'm confussed while it's a 3G support phone nevertheless it's speed is to low. So I suggest for new buyers can try other phones in same budget. Thanks
