i bought karbonn A2 in june. but after 3 months its charging pot breaks so now my phone is now dead so what to do please tell me

I getting problem with this mobile Karbonn A2+ as its application closes automatically, i bought this mobile in June 2013. Any solution guys I m fed up or is there issue of andriod os need to re-install it from service center. Plzzzzzzz help my id ...

I buy Karbonn a2+ on 6 months ago on first day the phone run smoothly but after installing some apps my phone starting stuck so i check on the internet to find any solution i got a solution the solution is increasing RAM because it have only 323 MB ram after re solving my problem you dont beleave i can play NFS most wanted in my phone ant it runs like butter to know how to increase RAM send me an email on Pradumn1984@gmail.com

i bought A2+ but its my life very bad phone so plz don't buy this phone totly boring phone....apps not support...automtic off apps.

All bachas this is a good phone also supports good games go to apps in setting running apps closs all task ready to play this agood phane in very low prize thanks to karbonn
