Literally the worst phone brand in the world. Please get yourselves a real job. Touch screen stopped working in 2 days and the entire thing broke down in 3 all by itself. It was barely a phone.... !!!STNUC SODD GNIKCUF

Do not buy Karbonn. The phones from Karbonn are bad and there support is worst in all brands. My phones touch stopped responding after a month of purchase. I have it to their service Center and they said that they do not keep hardware and their only job is to send it to company. Post this I kept on calling company support number every week and they always said my request is being escalated. After 4 months of follow up, I got a call from Karbonn and guy said that they only have white screens (but my phone had black screen). I knew that Karbonn will never fix my phone and I accepted a white screen. Finally after 5 months my phone screen got replaced but image having a white screen on a new black phone that I just paid.

This is a no1 waste company in india service is very poor dont purchase it i purchase a mobile startingly that is damage but company not give proper service money waste mobile

i m not happy for purchase theKarbonn phone is wort brand I have seen. There product & service is very poor. They neither solve your problem permanently nor provide replacement. They just harass customers. This is my observation and experience after purchasing Karbonn 3rd class compny runnig only 4 month after than vest

mobile set is all time in hanging . when i think to release the data can not vacant the space. very bad experience to purchase it.

i am not happy to use karbon mobil i have karbon5si an it only one month but today when i calling automatick swich off an not on hole day,also when i calling it automatik swich off,hang,slow,other issu, ur service center also in munni market g.s.road guwahati,when i go to solv my problm they say they are not service karbon mobil,how to solv my problms today hole day off my mobil no any cont,so face problms,so i am not happy an in futer life never buy karbon mobil,if ur solv my prblams m i thanks,can u tell me how an whos service center solv my karbon 5si mobil problems.....thanks

If handset have any problem and it is under warrant, it can not be repaired or replaced by company. company only harras the customer. Company never reply over telephone and emails.

Karbonn handsets may seem to be 'value for money' in most of their segments, but unfortunate that their after-sales support (warranty/post-warranty) is horrible. Toll free and mail responses are pathetic, as they fail to understand the urgency and pain of the suffering customer. Service centers are mostly inadequately equipped. No intentions of demeaning anyone, but just a suggestion .... better think twice before going for this brand
