I am using this phone for two years and I never had to go to Service center because it never stopped working or hanged! Ofcourse the battery life, camera performance is not good at all and front camera is of no use. You cannot play many games on it and it runs on Ice Cream Sandwitch 4.0 which cannot be switched to Jelly bean. However it is replica of Samsung S4 and you can use whats app with great 5 inch display so it is good for average use and style.
