Hi, i m using dis phone since 1 year n m also facing the problem of battery... or battery backup. After 9 months during using this phone, I charged it 100%. After charging, when I use it, it become switch off. when I restart it battery show 0% and switch off again. after this I went to service center, they told battery is not available. thy submit my battery request and told me that they will call me. But still (from last month) no call... no battery...
I think it was not my good design when I purchased this karbonn phone because -
* Service is not good.
* Battery is not available.
* Charging lead not work more then 2 weeks. I changed 5 leads. now I am using local lead which is working perfectly from last 10 months.

Hi Guys,
I have been using this phone for last one year, but the fact is that out of this one year this phone is in service center for more than 6-months.
Nothing is positive in Karbonn phones.
1. Very Poor service & totally irresponsible.
2. Very poor battery back-up
3. When i ask for replacement of battery they have taken a original one & still i dint get the new battery & the phone becomes useless.
4. Bullshit service centers
5. Very poor customer care.
6. Cheap product
7. Finally please dont buy any Karbonn products becuase littarally we all wasting our money.
A27 worst battery & wrost performance.

Hi, i m using dis phone since 1 year n m also facing the problem of battery... or battery backup. After 6 months during using this phone, when i charge dis phone to 100% n after use it to 80% it should be closed.. and then i open it, the battery will be 0%... then i go to the service center of karbonn and they give me a new battery of this handset.. after this my phone was running perfectly... but after 4 months i have connected my phone to the home theatre..
my phone was totally dead after connected to home theatre... now a days my phone was gone to the service center and they said it should be recover after 1 months... otherwise dis handset is good for me because i played gta san andreas, gta3, max payne, nfs mw, real racing 2 or 3, virtual tennis, asphalt 7, the amazing spiderman n the lots of heavy game.. n i really missed my phone...

never purchase the handsets of it.
service centre is just horrible.

product is too bad never purchase any karbonn product because very poor service of service center and battery is not available any where in the market. so don't waste your money to purchase any karbonn product.

its very bad phone, we all should go to consumer Court for this kind of service, after 2 month use, my phone is now useless......not found battery for this handset, my opinion is no once should by karbon phone,
