the service dealer at Chandigarh is hopeless.Gave A9 mobile for repairing of On-Off button on 27.5.2014, but kept on delaying till 13.6.2014 & finally said the set is nu-reparable (visited for more than 10 days). Finally got it repaired outside with local repair shop in 5 minutes at the cost of Rs. 200/-. very poor service. Sanjiv Gupta, 9888422444

My mobile problem is power off to the ofter 3months. at this time repairing on to tirupati , aditya service center ,andhra pradesh .

I bought Karbonn A99 on 12th May & on 13th May only its display started to blur & then after few minutes a stripe line appeared on scree. when i went o the Service Centre they refered me a DOA Request i.e Replacment of handset. but still i have'nt got the replaced A99 still. Service Centre is saying me that IMEI is still not registered that's why its taking time. Worse Phone & Worse Service Centre. I infact mailed to their Service Support official mail ID & called several times to the Toll free no but of no Use. Plz suggest what to do now?

worst ever phone in my life. very slow. Service center has no solution for this phone. Don't take it even if you are getting it free. utility wise even toy phone is better than this phone.
i will never buy any karbonn product.

After ending the phone call the phone gets hung/frozen and the screen goes blank. Had to take the battery out to restart the phone, It is very annoying, I agree customer service is very poor.
