Pathetic service....I have given my phone to Karbonn service center 2 months back and till now i am struggling to get my phone back.....I will not take Karbonn phone even if they will offer me in free.
Worst and careless service center. The service center guy even don't bother to reply the mail

Guys wathout. Karbonn has by far the worst after sales service. PATHETIC. Just pray your phone does not develop any problem. If it, God help you.

It's good phone but because of its of it poor ram it's hang and lag so much...... Need to improve ram on other hand doodles 2 is one of the best phone by micromax

karbonn isnt a gud brand its cheap coz of low quality material used and seriously bad service in nepal .... dnt buy these phones in nepal atleast frns... poor vry poor

I don't have any comments on this model. But, Karbonn Service Center in Kathmandu is in a very bad shape. The dealings with customers is much below standard. The response is not good and the technical capacity is poor.

Karbonn is an Indian company.I m using titanium S1..no problems with that..it works almost as efficient as my previous Samsung galaxy..it supports almost all apps n user friendly too..if u r not worrying about mobile as ur status symbol definitely u can go with this one..y to use foreign company mobile phones when our Indian company is providing all features at affordable price.. Jai hind.
