I purchased a new phone but the charging slot does not function properly and also it is not detected by connecting laptop.There is no memory card slot.

second sim is micro sim.. it is somewhat difficult to open the sim slot.

as there is no slot for memory card, and it can be expanded through OTG cable with pen drive.
Now if i connect a pen drive how i will store the moveable application to pendrive? if done then how they will operate??

1.There is no slot for memory card.
2. Battery is non removal and
3. It has single flash where as in its pre-launch pics shown to have dual flash.

there is no external memory (sd card) slot. One has to use the OTG cable to attach a pendrive of 32gb.

I received it and the phone is good. It doesn't gets heated. Only problem is that I can't find a SD card slot, can anyone suggest where it is?

lavi, 26 May 2014is battry removable ????No, the battery is not removable in hexa. Only the top one inch plastic cover is removable for fixing the sims and memory card.

Got the new hexa from amazon today. Found the sim tray cover is damaged and does not close properly.
Also, the bottom (screens, home, back) buttons do not light up.
Returned back to amazon.
The back cover near the camera lens is very flimsy and cheap plastic.

min battery density should be 3500 - 4000 mah for 5.5 inc screen other wise it wont last for more then 1.3 hrs of internet use.
so please launch the model with 4000 mah battery with the same spec or much greater so that there will be no second thought to buy this phone.
i am dumping this phone only because of low battery density. rest all sound great sepc. bye bye karbonn

Non-Removable Battery -- if hangs Cannot switch off phone by removing battery
Also cannot replace the battery or use spare battery when battery performance is degraded..

how may hours 2050mAh battery can handle if GPRS, NET activate. I have very bad experience of battery back up(1.5 hours max) while operating all application...
