Kinda Blue Pixel 2 is now available unlocked from the Google Store and Fi

Vlad, 09 January 2018

You can now buy the Google Pixel 2 in the Kinda Blue color version in unlocked form, both from the Google Store as well as Fi, the search giant's own carrier experiment. Up until today, the only model up for grabs in Kinda Blue was the one intended for Verizon.

Thus it looks like Big Red's exclusivity on the hue has finally expired. Note that the Pixel 2 in Kinda Blue is only available with 64GB of storage. It can be yours for $649. As you may know, the Pixel 2 XL doesn't have a blue iteration - that's only purchasable in black or black and white (nicknamed 'Panda').

The Kinda Blue Pixel 2 stands out through its paint job, on the back at least - the front is black. It's also got a mint-colored power button for some added coolness.
