Have dropp... moreLove this thing to death, but I just found out that the batteries are not available except through cannibalizing other phones. Mine has been taking a major hit to the charge life of late, down to only about 2 solid hours if used consistently. Might have to finally trade in if I can't get a new one anywhere.

Fantastic phone. Still using this daily in 2023. Have dropped it from 2nd story balcony, left it outside in snow overnight, buried in mud. Not a scratch.
Love it so much I brought a spare just in case it would break one day. Given how indestructible this phone is, that may be a while longer.. LoL

Had DFP 2 for 5 years, no problems so far. Looked at DURAFORCE PRO 3, I like it a lot. If I get a new phone, it WILL be a DURAFORCE PRO 3.

E6910 (Verizon) has too much bloatware. E6920 (AT&T) I have not bought. Note that the $250- on Amazon is for a vendor that says it is a 6921 and then ships you a 6910 Verizon, or did last year.

Where do I start...my husband thought we could use it given our outdoor jobs. The sapphire screen was appealing since I'm always busting screens. My 4 year old threw my phone once and now it has 5 cracks in the screen. In addition, somehow my phone's settings seem to change overnight so I can't put as many apps on my home screen. It's gone into safe mode three times for no apparent reason. I was asleep and it was charging. When it's on safe mode, the screen goes back to how I prefer. Take it off safe mode and it'll stay how I like it until I move or add another app- like a search bar. And finally, it'll randomly freeze and will go into error mode where it looks like a black screen of death with a bunch of code. The phone I more unpredictable than it's worth

Please check the official specifications, Sapphire crystal only protects the camera lens, LCD display protection is made by AGC Dragontrail PRO.

Joe, 11 Feb 2019Will this work on ATT in the US?It does work on AT&T with the AT&T version of the phone. My husband has this one. I have the older version.
