Lava Blaze 2 5G's launch date and design revealed

The Lava Blaze 2 5G that's being teased on social media for the past few days will be unveiled on November 2. This revelation comes from Lava via X, where it announced the Blaze 2 5G will be launched in India next Thursday through an online event that will be streamed on YouTube starting at noon local time (6:30AM UTC).

The promo page set up by the Indian handset maker on its official website reveals the Blaze 2 5G will sport a circular camera island on its rear, with the primary camera using a 50MP sensor. The camera module also houses a ring light, but it's unclear if it glows only in blue or supports multiple colors.

The Lava Blaze 2 5G, touted as the "Lord of 5G," will come in three colors and feature a USB-C port at the bottom flanked by a 3.5mm headphone jack, microphone, and speaker. You can watch the clip embedded in the X post below.

Lava hasn't divulged anything else about the Blaze 2 5G, but with the launch still a week away, you can expect the brand to reveal a few more features of the smartphone in the lead-up to the launch event.

It's clearly an attempt to get attention from Lord of the Rings, the font is very similar to it too. Maybe it isn't copyright infringement, but I am sure it is not fully legal either way since these things have led to lawsuits before.
