instead of lava iris icon i dont suggest this brand at all..
worst experience with the cell phone and also with the service centre.
partial display stopped working - service centre people said its water logged due to its of out of warranty and will b charged three thousand. later on took to a random service centre where displayt issue sorted for 1800/- rs
but still facing many more problems
1. heats up too much
2. auto restarts
3. hanging issue
4. installs unwanted apps
5. when u r on call goes to flight mode (proximity sensor is not good)
6. Network will go very often....
instead buy a basic hand set

Lava customer care at nagpur... Horrible experience.
I want to repair charging connector in my icon as phone wasn't charging... When I go to receive my so called repaired phone, lava executive told me charging connector was working fine... But we changed camera coz it was broken... Nothing was happened to camera, it was working fine, they charged1850rs. n also didn' t give me a bill, n also this phone heats a lot that warning msg comes abt that.. Don't ever go for Lava

Lava sucks don't buy any lava phone I bought lava iris icon they said it has gorrila display but I just dropped my phone 2 feet above from ground it was broken and the I can't charge it they are saying the charging slot damaged so the total repair cost is 6000

Never buy lava phone. Heats up abnormally.Service centre says its common in lava phone.They carry 1000 tests?

Very Bad phone , 19 Jan 2016I Request you pls not purchase this phone. I have purch... moreMy friend also bought Lava Iris Icon recently, but he has not faced any issues so far. You should chill, as sometimes a model can come out to be faulty. Often the phone gets replaced if you consult the service centre. And, when they are asking you to submit the phone then do it na,,, why are you even complaining about that as well. They will send you the phone in less than 8 days’ time they ask for so many days for worst case scenarios.

I Request you pls not purchase this phone.
I have purchase this phone 10days before, now this phone is automatic switch off and not start. this happened more than 30 times in a day. i call to customer care they says submit your phone to service center and service center says submit your phone for 8 days.
